Konqueror Full featured Linux browser for the K desktop environment.
IBM Web Browser IBM's OS2/Warp browser based on Mozilla (see above)

What about Netscape 4.x?

Netscape 4 was released in June of 1997, more than five years ago and is NOT a standards-compliant browser. This site will view OK in most versions of Netscape 4.x, but due to the fact that it is not standards-compliant, and there are inconsistencies between the versions, users may experience difficulties with this website while viewing it with Netscape 4.x, and should consider upgrading to one of the browsers listed above.

Printing

This website uses a standards-compliant printer-specific CSS sheet. Any browser which conforms to the standards will print all of the content. No special “click here for printer-friendly page” is needed. Non-compliant browsers, such as NETSCAPE 4, may not print all of the content.

The ones created by the World Wide Web Consortium. The browsers listed above have made a commitment to design their products to follow the W3C's standards.

What's the big deal?

The big deal is that many newer technologies depend on these standards in order to operate. The standards allow people to design products to a standard, and code data that can be viewed by any standards-compliant agent. This includes Assistive Technology for users with special needs, as well as a wide variety of other technologies. What this means for you is a better web experience that uses the latest technology to bring you better web pages faster.
